taking some time to do nothing at all. Instead of going at it with your energy levels tapped out, and pushing through, give yourself a little break and then get to what is important with all of your energy revived.
Clear your calendar. Take a few days off if possible. Say no to obligations that you can get out of, just for a little while. If not, at least promise me that you will schedule an exercise class, a walk on the beach or in the forest, or take a sea salt bath each day for the next three consecutive days. Get some sunshine to increase your wellness and vitality.
Get some perspective. Recharge your batteries. Shift your focus. Ponder what is possible.
Clear your body, mind and spirit.
Get ready for something amazing right around the corner. Get ready to give it your all.
