If you are feeling drained or over extended, even if you recognize the blessings all around you; it is time to take a break.

Meditation is medicine for your mind. Disconnect from the chatter, from the distractions of everyday life. With practice, you can learn to relax the body while you free the mind from the loop of repetitive thoughts that hold us all hostage. The worry, the doubt and the fear. The analyzing of the past. The anxiety of the future. The battery of the self by the ego that can feel never ending.

Meditation can be active too. If the word meditation makes you feel uncomfortable, as if you just cannot stop your mind for long enough to find the peace, try a moving meditation first. Yoga, a walk on the beach or a hike through the woods is perfect. Mindfulness is key. Work to clear your mind and let everything go. Focus on your breath. On the sound of the waves or the birds in the trees. Soften your gaze and imagine your energy merging with your surroundings. Bring yourself fully into the moment.

When you feel comfortable with a moving meditation, try experimenting with stillness. Sit for 5 minutes a day in silent contemplation, again focusing on breath, letting your thoughts go. Over time increasing slowly minute by minute. Some days will be better than others. Sometimes you will be distracted, that is ok. Let it go and try again. Have patience with yourself. Use music or guided meditations if that helps. Do it for this month and see how it shifts your perspective.

Then commit to it for life.

Remember always there is always two sides to every story told and hundreds of ways to be right . This month we suggest that instead of looking for differences , you find a meeting place of agreement and approach this experience with understanding and compassion .. seek common ground to understand how another person thinks or how an alternative plan can be laid , stay out of judgement too , observe but accept that others have different stories , experiences and journeys and some people might refuse to remain open to another’s point of view . No matter what you’ve been presented with a great opportunity to explore a new way of doing things once common ground is reached . You’ll attract people and situations that enrich your life and bring you wonderful things to learn .

In this 3 – dimensional world in which we live there is a sense that we are separate from one another and also that we meet by chance . This is an illusion , the people in your lives are drawn to us and are here for a reason , it is through sharing experiences and relationships with others that we begin to understand ourselfs . When someone appears in your life you must see what is not resolved or whole in the person and understand the lessons he or she brings home to you . You draw others to you like magnets in order to learn various aspects of yourself . The people you have close relationships on Earth are usually members of your SOUL family . You choose to incarnate together to help each other learn lessons – even though it may not seem to you that way now . Once a lesson is learnt don’t be surprised if that person fades away . People are in your life for a reason – season or a lifetime .

No one ever said life was going to be easy . Obstacles are presented to you so that you may overcome them . Believe that you WILL , because if you don’t believe in yourself , no one else will , confidence will come and the best hurdle won’t seem as daunting . This is an opportunity to reach out to your SOUL family and know you are not alone in any challenges , guides are waiting to offer assistance anytime ,

Any situation that doesn’t work out as you’ve hoped try again . Your power lies in not how the chips fall but in how you handle yourself moving forward . These are very valuable lessons for your future . Anything occurring that makes you sad , know this will pass and you’ll eventually see this situations purpose in your life for a reason .dont hold onto energies . Allow yourself to move on
